30-Day Replacement Guarantee

We want the Cascata working in your bathroom, not sitting in a return box.

If your order arrives damaged, leaks, clogs, or won't fit your shower arm, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll ship a replacement free of charge. In most cases you won't need to return the original.

Refunds

Because we replace faulty items free of charge, we handle most issues with a replacement rather than a refund.

Where you are entitled to a refund under the consumer law of your country — including the statutory right of withdrawal in the United Kingdom and European Union, and the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law — that right is unaffected by this policy and we will honour it.

Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us as soon as possible and we'll stop the order if it hasn't left the warehouse.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can put it right.
