Will it fit my shower?
Yes. It fits any standard half-inch shower arm, which is what nearly every US home has. The set includes the mount, the hose and the thread seal tape.
Does the filter reduce the pressure?
For most homes, no. The 150 fine outlets concentrate the flow you already have into a denser stream, so it usually feels at least as strong as the head it replaces. It can’t add water your plumbing doesn’t supply, and a cartridge near the end of its life slows the flow, so swap it every two to three months.
How often do I change the cartridge?
Every two to three months for most homes, sooner on very hard water. Five come in the box, about a year of showers, and a 3-pack of refills is $16.94.
What does it filter?
Three media in one cartridge: PP cotton for rust and sediment, activated carbon to help reduce chlorine and the odour that comes with it, and mineral stone for scale-forming particles. Eighteen layers in total.
How do I switch modes and pause?
Twist the face to move between rain, mist and mixed spray. The button on the handle pauses the flow at the same temperature; press it halfway to soften the stream.
Can I use it handheld?
Yes. Dock it in the mount for a normal shower, or lift it off and use the full 1.5 m hose for rinsing, kids, pets and cleaning the tub.
